Random Thoughts

  • Yesterday we went to Six Flags. We had so much fun, it has been too long since I went last.
  • The Titan is very scary. I thought I am going to scream all the way down this first drop, no it is going so fast and it is so terrifying nothing came out, opened my mouth and nothing.
  • The Tony Hawk ride is pretty cool. We all liked it pretty well. A couple of the guys were not fans of the spinning at the end.
  • I had such an enjoyable time with my son. Life is definitely better with him and I am assuming for him too.
  • The baby calls me "Ma" never had one of the grand kids change my name. I guess we will see if it sticks.
  • There is a rumor that my office will be moved to Decatur. I am loving that rumor.
  • I started on Face book, it's pretty cool.
  • The book I talked about last month by Wally Lamb, turned out to be pretty good. It is called The Day I First Believed. The only thing that I didn't care for was in the middle he switched gears and I felt like I was starting a new book and left hanging on the previous one. But then he was able to merge the two and I felt better. Over all the story was interesting. There are a lot of references to events we can all relate to in some way. Columbine shootings, 9/11 attacks. Then there are references in the other part to President Lincoln's assassination and other things from history that you know about.
  • My daughter turns 28 on Monday. Wow, she is getting old.
